How to Translate Multiple Language Pages

After finishing with a single page, you can apply the same logic to the whole site. Our Translator makes it possible to automatically translate multiple language pages in one step, reducing manual effort and keeping content synchronized

  1. Launch the Translator by clicking its icon at the top of the source language page.
  2. Select the Translate button to bring up the content translation panel. This button has the drop-down menu to choose which translation you need.
  1. Specify what you need. It’s possible to choose among the following 3 options:
  • Translate all languages
  • Translate and publish all languages
  • Translate and publish untranslated languages
  1. When the panel opens on the right side of your screen, choose how you want the page translated. You can either:
View and translate individual pages (the translated version will be stored as a draft.)
Translate all languages (drafts will be created for each.)
Translate and publish all languages (makes the translated pages immediately available to site visitors.)
  2. Select the option that best fits your needs to start the automatic translation.

Important: Running an automatic translation will replace any manual edits previously made to the page. A confirmation message will appear to remind you of this. Click Yes to continue.

  1. Translation runs on-screen and completes within minutes. Click OK when done.
