Sales Manager – New Business

  • Responsible for initial contact and acquisition of new customers, including cold calling.
  • Conduct market and competition analyses to identify future revenue potentials for topics and target groups.
  • Maintain active relationship management and network with existing and potential customers and partners.
  • Represent Rocketta and position new services and solutions at events and regular meetings, especially on the topic of digitization with Microsoft 365.
  • Present our product portfolio and individual topics to new customers.
  • She has supported the development and preparation of marketing and offer strategies (individual and campaigns).
  • Support and advise departments and interdisciplinary teams in defining customer requirements and services.
  • Conduct offer and contract negotiations in cooperation with management.
  • Manage participation in customer tenders and contribute content-wise.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding productive services and services until handover to the customer manager.

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • Extensive experience in sales with demonstrable successes, preferably in the IT/digitization field.
  • Extensive experience in the processes and methods of acquiring new customers.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the functional and technical processes of a health insurance company and its framework conditions.
  • Excellent technical understanding of complex solutions and the ability to “translate” between IT and the customer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Determination and results orientation.
  • Strong “hands-on” mentality.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Enjoyment of success.
